Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on scrunchies and other hair accessories once the packaging has been opened or the item has been worn. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged please contact me with a photo and I will arrange a replacement or refund.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless they arrive faulty or damaged
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Please note that returns can only be accepted if the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return or Refund

If your return/refund is accepted you will be send instructions on how and where to send your package. If Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellations
Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Email us at scruncheaze@gmail.com with your order number, receiver’s name, and/or email address. Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.
After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, you may still do so, but a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. You must reject the parcel upon delivery so it is returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, your refund (minus the shipping fee) will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
